Welcome to Mountain View Elementary School! Mountain View believes all learners can reach individual success through critical thinking and collaboration. Mustangs R.E.A.C.H. for success with Respect, Effort, Attitude, Cooperation, and Honesty.
Student achievement is attributed to the partnerships and the relationships we build within our school community. It truly does take a village! Team Mountain View greatly appreciates the support parents/guardians provide for children both at home and at school to help them meet their goals.
Please make sure to check the M.V. Bulletin for school updates. The newsletter is posted on our website and will also be emailed and texted. Please feel free to contact the Mountain View office if you have any questions, comments, or concerns.
To all of my fellow Mustangs, let’s make it a great year!
Rria Cruz-Soto, Principal
Mountain View Elementary School

Parent COMPACT AND FAMILY ENGAGEMENT POLICY
Mountain View Elementary has a very dedicated staff, bright students, and a caring parent community. We are very proud to be a California Blue Ribbon School, California Distinguished School, PBIS Gold status school and a Title I Academic Achievement Award School!
Here at Mountain View we are teaching our students to have a "growth mindset." That is, their learning strengths and abilities are not "fixed," but can be developed or "grown" with time and effort. To learn more about Growth Mindset, click here to view the presentation from our Growth Mindset Parent Night.
